Indian leftovers

Tonight we raided the fridge and ate leftovers.

dahl*
cabbage cooked with mustard seeds and chilli, (with beans and potato*)
rice and onion
carrot salad*
cucumber
yoghurt
Ashoka brand lime pickle

leftovers are a highly effective means of creating a quick and delicious dinner!
